(L), Allan Rock Talks about State Sovereignty and Mass Atrocity On Monday evening, o5 November, 2007, in Saskatoon The Honourable Allan Rock, Q.C. spoke to a sparse gathering about his role as Canada's UN ambassador in developing a "legal response" to "the moral responsibility" to prevent mass atrocity in a "crazy and tragic world." If a person did not know of Mr. Rock's fervent opposition to firearms ownership for self-protection, one could almost think that Mr. Rock believed what he was saying. Mr. Rock would have people being slaughtered by their own governments to wait while the nations of the world developed the "political will" to stop the genocide in a sovereign state by economic sanctions. Mr. Hal Schnare, who grew up in post WWII Europe, and "needed a firearm for self-protection" asked Mr. Rock how he could protect himself from Mr. Rock's firearms confiscation. Mr. Rock declined to answer the question publicly. After the Q&A period, Jack Wilson & I had our picture taken with Mr. Rock Since between the two of us we own over fifty unregistered firearms,
