CUFOA Shutout of Montague Constitutional Challenge

Today, 05 February 2010, CUFOA received a handwritten judgment from an Associate Justice of the Ontario Court of Appeal denying our final appeal for intervener status at Bruce & Donna Montague's constitutional challenge to the licensing mandate of the Firearms Act.

Thus the Ontario Court of Appeal has officially & terminally ended CUFOA's quest to become supportive interveners for Bruce & Donna in Toronto.

We are extremely disappointed in the decision, but the fight continues.

We now packing our bags for travel to be in Toronto on Thursday, 18 February 2010, to be witnesses to this very vital constitutional hearing.

I would like to encourage everyone who possible can to go to Toronto & attend this historic event.
