Re: Humboldt RCMP File # 2003 - 2006 As required by the Constitutional Questions Act, being Chapter C-29 of The Revised Statutes of Saskatchewan 1978 ... and 2000, c.I-2.01. I hereby serve notice to all the aforementioned parties that I will be in Saskatchewan Provincial Court in Humboldt, Saskatchewan, on Monday, 10 May 2010 at 10 a.m., to show why the honourable Court should order the RCMP to return my shotgun that they seized, confiscated, and now desire to destroy. I challenge the constitutional validity of the Firearms Act and the corresponding sections of the Criminal Code of Canada under which the RCMP seized my shotgun. I submit that the Firearms Act of 1995 and Criminal Code of Canada, section 117.03 violate the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, the Canadian Bill of Rights, the Canadian Constitution, the British North America Act, English Common Law, the English Declaration of Rights of 1689, and the Magna Carta. Specifically the Firearms Act and this corresponding section of the Criminal Code of Canada violate our Right to due process of law, unjustly restricts the authority of the Courts, and illegally attempts to extend the legislative powers of Parliament. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely,
