We will be in Court at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, 15 September 2011 at 520 Spadina Crescent East, Saskatoon, to present our Constitutional argument against one small part of the Firearms Act, i.e., Criminal Code section 117.03 that allows the police to seize, confiscate, and destroy our personal property without arrest, charge, trial, or conviction.
